Go to setup, email setup. You will have to sign in. Then edit the email acc and you will see a section for signatures. Its the same place you would go if you wanted to add a new email account.
Not trying to double post but I was just told and confirmed you edit your signatures in the options of the message folder. Messages, options, email account management. So 2 places you can try.
