Manage Connections Screen

When I take my Torch out of the pouch it brings up the manage connections screen, because I must touch the screen.  More often than not I some how end up shutting off the radio and then I am not able to receive calls, texts or emails. I know 3 other people who are having the same issue. Any ideas how to disable the manage connection touch screen, or someway to disable the radio turning off? Please help. Thanks and Happy New Year!!!

Re: Manage Connections Screen

The only solution to this that I'm aware of is practice taking it out of the pouch by the sides without touching the screen.  Touching the screen while holstering the phone is not a problem because the holster's magnet shuts off the screen, but removing it without touching the screen is an issue for many people.  You might consider locking the screen before holstering it.  This would solve your problem but adds one more step to perform every time you remove it from the holster.  I really think practicing proper removal of the phone from the holster is your best bet.

I hope that helps you.  :smileyhappy:
