Hi All - Talk about a headache. Looking for some help!. I have two .BBB backup data files that I need to merge into one file. Essentially I have emails dating back quite a few years on one file - these emails take me up to October 2012. The other file has emails from November 2012 until today. Now I know that if I RESTORE a file, my existing data will be deleted. I have heard of MAGICBERRY, but this program does not work with .BBB file types.
Alternatively I have all my work email in outlook - can this be backed-up and uploaded to my Torch? Anyways, I am a long time Blackberry user who is looking for a solution. I need to merge to 2 data email files so that all my emails are back on my device. All I care about are the email files (not calendar, contacts, etc). Cheers.

Magicberry ver 3.5.0 (support for BBB files and more)

or BlackBerry Backup Extractor

BlackBerry smartphone database list for reference:
I hope this helps.

Thanks. Have tried these options and still have two .BBB files that can't be merged. Incredibly frustrating. Have tried MagicBerry and tried to convert my .BBB files to .IPD files in order to merge - still no luck. MagicBerry is not much of a help. Since I have 2 x .BBB files - (1) one has many years of emails (data) and (2) the other has the last few months of emails - is there a way perhaps to zip my last 3 months of emails and send myself an email on my Torch & expand this smaller file into my Inbox that would be pre-loaded with the original .BBB data file that has all my emails until Nov 2012??
Sorry for my ignorance but I am a small business owner that is looking for the best solution here. Your help would be great!!

I don't know of a way to merge the files if the above didn't help. Since all the emails are in your outlook, you could try a one way sync from outlook to the blackberry.

Please do a full backup first using the desktop manager before you try the one way sync from outlook to the device.
