Microsoft Outlook not recieving and sending emails

Hi,

Someone I know has tried setting up a Microsoftt Outlook account on his Torch, the account set up and he recieved an e-mail saying he'll start getting emails in 20 minutes, but this didnt happen, he can't send or recieve emails via his Outlook account on his phone.

 

Does he have to change the settings? He can't input the settings manually as the Torch doesn't have this feature.
