I am currently paying ATT for Internet tethering. Now that Os7 is offering Mobile Hotspot for BB Torch 9810, do I need to continue to pay for Internet tethering?

So now that I have Mobile Hotspot for free through BB, do I still need Internet tethering? I guess I need to mention the I also have a PlayBook and would like to continue to be able to use it with my 9800.
As per my message, yes - I believe on AT&T you do need Internet tethering to use the mobile hot spot feature - but the only sure way of knowing would be to ask AT&T themselves
