Music from my CD's via Media Player will not play - Unsupported format

I'm sure I am not the first - but some of my music albums aka CD's will not play on my BB Torch. Adele and James Brown play just fine, but when I try to play Herbie Handcock I get this message.

"the media 01 Chameleon being played is of an unsupported format".

And it goes through the entire album saying the same thing for each song. The file type is WMA

When I go back to Adele or James Brown, I have no problem

Welcome to the Community

The file that was transferred from a PC, has the accepted format but doesn't play because of that error might have becomea corrupted file. You may try to delete the file and just transfer it again.
