My BB bluetooth connection turns off when moving away from paired device

I have several devices connected to my BB. When I walk away with the phone from a paired device it drops the connection. When I return in range it does not restore again. I then nedd to enter the settings and turn off(?) and turn on the bluetooth again.

When I have done this it pairs the device again without any problems. This is really annoying so I would really appreciate some assistance here.

Thanks in advance.

Re: My BB bluetooth connection turns off when moving away from paired device

Hi Fishbone

Check your Bluetooth options to ensure that Connect On Power Up is enabled and test again.

Thanks

Re: My BB bluetooth connection turns off when moving away from paired device

I have only Bluetooth On or Off and it is set to On. After further investigations it migth be my Jabra headset that needs a firmware upgrade. The bluetooth in my car started to work when I paired the devices again. Thanks for your assistance.
