Thanks much, I was able to update my devuce software and it us now functional. Thanks much John and Knott.
One more thing how do I correct an internal memory damage

Internal memory damage? Can you be a little more specific? What is the exact error message and when does it come up?

Whenever my phone reboots or connects to a charger or pc and disconnectd. I think the problem was just corrected
