I have had the same problem! My biggest problem being is that I travel a lot, bought the phone in St Maarten, Caribbean, and wont be back there for another month to go to the store I bought it from! I also paid cash for the phone, so its not like its on contract and they wont mind changing it!

Has anyone gotten any response on how to fix the problem??

I dont exactly want to get a new BB if they cant fix a problem that started months ago! Its made me want to change from Blackberry, especially that there is no service!

wow, glad to know im not the only one with that issue. i have had 4 of these phones since november 15 of 2011. two have bricked and the other two had lots of other issues. i will probably go with another OS now..i have tried and tried with BB and cannot do it anymore. UNLESS there is a fix in the NEAR future.

charge it for 15 min, remove battery and cable, connect cable and insert battery after red led comes on

repeat 6 times, if it dont come up after maybe the battery is bad or the OS needs reloading.
