Oh. My. Gosh.
I received my replacement phone from WireFly and not 3-days later my phone is doing the same thing! I went to the phone after I left it charging and again noticed the awesome redlight and screen off. I pulled the battery out and the red light flashed two more times than by miracle it turned on and loaded. This is ridiculous

True. But both 9860 and 9810 suffer the same issue, so regardless of model its a wide spread issue. I am now selling the phone and moving on. The lack of support/updates/solutions only furthered my decision. Best bet is going iPhone, where this could not happen.

Half of the iphones we have were replaced with refurbs for various issues.
we have a sales guy here that went through 7 iphones in one year, nothing is perfect
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 5.0.4 and BES 10.2.2 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2008

Exactly the same and rang Customer Support ... somewhere in Central America and no help whatsoever.
Are RIM really doing nothing about this???
