My blackbeerry doesnt wooork, i need help please:/

I have a blackberry torch 9810 which i bought in Usa on december, it is unlocked from company for latin america, okay the thing is it is incrediblke i love it, but since yesterday in suddenly turned off and then, it started reebothing like when you have it new, but then it comes to the part where the little clock appears, then it disappears and starts the process all over again

You may need to wipe & reload your device.

 

Connect your device to your computer, and see if the Upgrade window shows up (saying it was unable to connect to the device). Clicking the Update button will allow a reload to the most current available OS you have.

 

If that does not work, then you may need BBSAK or JL_Cmdr to complete the wipe and reload
