Hi there
When i connect my phone to my pc using Usb cable, it displays the message ''the charging source can not charge this device''. it would charge but nothing displays in the computer, for instance if i want to tranfer pictures and videos from my phone to PC, nothing is displayed in 'my computer'' or under 'Removable Hard drives''.
Please note that i have tried different cables and different computers, just to be certain that it's not error in my pc or fault in the cable.
I would appreciate your help please.
