Need assistance

                              Can someone with tech knowledge advise me on how to move out of a certain screen? It's advising me to call for help. the conundrum is that it's my only means of communication, aside of the computer.

Not sure what you are trying to do, can you tell us the actual screen?you can hold the bb button down to switch apps unless the device is password locked
