Please try to post again, with more details. From what you have stated and the way you have stated it, I am not at all clear as to your situation. I've no idea what "T_T" is at all.
If this is SMS texting, then contact your mobile service provider...SMS is 100% carrier controlled, and does not involve any of the BB proprietary services or systems.
Occam's Razor nearly always applies when troubleshooting technology issues!
