New exchange server with new bes problem stuck initialising

Hi we installed a new exchange server, loaded a new bes software. I have received an email from the bes giving me an activation password so I assume my device has been added correctly. I go activate enterprise on the torch and it has been initializing for around 4hrs. My colleuge's bold activated in a matter of minutes. I have done a live reboot. What next? Or keep waiting ?

Ok I've moved on. I have cancelled the activation and started again....progress! I ended up getting 2 activation passwords. I have tried both and am getting a message saying the bes has not responded. An error may have occured. What next.
