No bass when pausing and playing a song

Hi there,

I have a strange problem with the Blackberry Music Player on my BB Torch 9860.

When pausing a song and then clicking on play again then suddenly there is no bass anymore even though I have no equalizers active.

Another strange thing is that this problem doesn't occur when I activated "Repeat this song only".

My 9860 has the latest firmware installed and I already reinstalled it and did a batterypull.

Do you guys maybe have an idea what could be causing this and how to solve it?

Thank you and kind regards

LenLen

What OS are you on? On your device, type in a new message MYVER and a space after to see and report back please.

Hi knottyrope,

thanks for you answer!

I got the output: 9860/7.1.0.342 (B1149)

I installed the latest firmware that's available on the Vodafone site.

EDIT: Just wanted to mention: I have the 9860 since a year or so and never had this problem too. It started about 2 weeks ago and I don't know what I've done or what happened : (

Re: No bass when pausing and playing a song

A similar thing has happened with me - when a new track starts I lose bass - if I stop and replay the track it works fine - but then the same thing happens when the next track starts to play! Same version and it also only started in this last week.
