I have a BB Torch 9800 and I cannot download any songs with it. I have tried it with numerous sites and also an application I downloaded through Appworld that has trusted status. It goes up to a certain point and then it says download failed. My last software upgrade was in September 2012.
Are you connected to WiFi while downloading or not?
What app is it you've tried?
Can you open the browser > press the menu key > Options > Clear Browsing Data > clear the cache and history.
Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
Now, try a download again.
