My Blacberry Torch has stopped receiving emails today - no problem for the last year. It's not my network, data is switched on. I have taken battery out and rebouted the phone - still no joy. How do I send a Service Book to rebout the emails. HELP.

Here is some info to help you fix this issue
FYI; you might want to remove your # off your profile go to "My Settings" then go to "Personal Information" then scroll down till you see "My Carrier" remove your # then add your carrier name!
