yep cleared cashe ob browser and app world deleted facebook pulled battery, and reinstalled facebook and getting same error.
Did you delete FaceBook the way I instructed or through deleting it in AppWorld?

Is your WiFi connection on or off?
At the Manage Connections screen > Mobile Network > Data Services, is that on?
What is the network signal indicator on the homescreen at the top right ?

Does your email and other data applications work?
1) Register HRT: Look at Options > Device > Advanced > Host Routing Table, > Scroll to any line entry and > press the Menu key > and then click Register Now.
2) Resend Service Books: Article ID: KB02830 How to send the service books for a BlackBerry Internet Service account. http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB02830
3) Then, with the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

did what you just sent me got message back that i am registered with blackberry.facebook loaded, then i went back to check my browser and it didn't load. went back to facebook and it wouldn't load again.

On FaceBook, have you even gotten to a login screen to enter your facebook account email and password?
Please look on your 9850 at Options > Security > Security Information.
What do you see on THAT screen?

i just deleted facebook again. went online on my laptop on facebook and went to the mobile page and sent the facebook app to my phone. downloaded it and now it works. also noticed my browser is working again too.
