Not impressed with blackberry!

How can i put my complaint through to blackberry this seems impossible to do !!!

 


I am writing to you regarding my blackberry!

I have had various problems with my Blackberry Since i bought last January and i keep having to send it back and they just send a new one, i am sick and tired of having to send this phone off i should not have to go with out a phone due to this phone ( Blackberry Curve 3G 9300) i am not willing to keep having to send this phone off AGAIN as i paid over £200 on a phone that should be reliable!

I would like a upgrade or a reliable phone that i am paying for if this problem is not solved i will be purchasing a iphone as i am sick and tired of sending my phone off after 4 times you would of thought they would have given me a decent phone!!!!!!!
