PROBLEM WITH PHOTOS OF BB CAMERA

In my BB Torch 9800 when I take a picture with the camera of BB and sent it by e-mail to someone he don´t received it as I took it. The person wich I sent the e-mail with the photo see it twisted not like I take it.

How can I solve this problem? In others BB Torch 9800 ocurs the same problem.

happens to me too, I just hold the camera with camera button facing up and it works well most of the time.
