Partial Browser Screen Load

I have the BB Torch 9800.  I've been googling and looking through the forums for a permanant solution to my issue, but I am coming up empty.

While using my internet browser if I zoom in or turn my phone on its side it gets a white stripe running the whole length of the screen.

It appears to go away after a battery pull which is the only solution I've found after searching, but I would like a more permanant solution.

If anyone has anything I'd like to hear it.  Or a link to another webpage or thread with the solution.

Thanks!

Re: Partial Browser Screen Load

Hello amelliott,

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Here is how to backup your BlackBerry smartphone http://bbry.lv/kqMaD3

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.

Once completed test it and proceed with selective restore here is how to restore http://bit.ly/bSbfl3

Thank you
