Phone locked

I have somehow managed to lock my phone after setting up a new password. When going back into the phone I get a message which says enter "blackberry". I have entered both blackberry and my new security code and nothing is happening.

 

Can anyone help me please ???

If you've set up a password on your phone, either on purpose or inadvertedly, you have only ten attempts to unlock your phone with the correct password.  There is no way around this and not even BlackBerry can help you get out of this situation; you either enter the correct password within ten attempts or all personal data on the phone will be permanently wiped.  As I mentioned, nobody (including BlackBerry, Orange or a computer whiz) can circumvent this procedure.
