I have an issue with my Torch 9800 locking itself while im watching videos from the phone or on youtube. I have a password set on my phone and told it to lock itself after 1 minute but surely the phone should know im doing something that i need to see the screen for and not lock itself? Is there a way to fix this without turning the password off or the auto lock time?
Yes dogmatooth I did get an answer. Its a security feature that cannot be fixed. The timer for auto lock will always take priority and lock the phone so there is no work around other than turning off auto lock. Kinda stupid and one of the down sides of having a secure phone.
