Photo Memory ?

Hi i have had my blackberry torch 9860 for about 12months, I have never used a memory card in this time and was able to store plenty of photos on the device (over 100). As of the last few months it has been getting fewer and fewer images it is able to hold before it tells me i cant take anymore pictures. I now have all pictures deleted from my phone and it is telling me there is not enough memory for even one photo it wont allow me to use the camera. What the heck is going on ?

Please use plain text.

Since you've deleted all those, have you rebooted? Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

This will clear the cache and allow the device to re-cache the device memory..

and :smileywink: I suspected that. Which is one reason I wanted you to do it yet again. :smileywink:

Can you look at your Options > Device > Storage? What are the numbers listed there?

Then, also , Options > Device > Application Management. Scroll the header left two panels to Memory. Click on the top most + sign to expand the header and what are the numbers there for System, Applications, Other, etc.

Can you connect your BlackBerry to the PC via the USB cable, and go to your MyComputer and find the BlackBerry connected and search that entire folder for any *.dat files, or at least tell me what you see in the media device memory on your BlackBerry?
