Please Help !!!!! DEAD DEAD PHONE

I need to know if i can resurrect my Torch 9800.  It died while downloading an app. It just shut off and is now in a continuous cycle of shutting off and getting to 2/3 of the way through rebooting and it shuts off again.  I've done battery pulls, it won't let me do a soft reboot . It won't let me turn it off  it's just stuck in this cycle. The phone is only 1 1/2 yrs old. I don't want to have to pay out my contract AND buy a new phone. Someone please give me some ideas !!!!

I think it will be best to reload your phone software.Go to http://us.blackberry.com/support/apps-and-software/desktop-and-device-download-sites.html to download your phone software,then install it on your pc.Let me know if you need help to reload your software.I will guide you step by step
