Please help, its driving me mad.....

This is my very first blackberry so I am still getting used to it....

 

I have a torch 9810.

 

When using BBM I click on the paperclip icon and select picture, I choose the picture I want to send and I click send.

 

It shows the green bar as though the photo is sending and it then says sent.

 

However none of my contact receive the photo, nor do they receive any error message or notificiation....

 

It is as though I had never sent anything at all.

 

Can someone please help?

 

I have tried this with many different contacts and none of them receive my pictures..

Are you able to receive pictures from your contacts?  Did you take the pictures that you try to send or were they downloaded from your computer or the web?

Thanks for your reply. I can receieve pics by bbm fine. And the pics I am trying to send are both pics I have taken and pics from web and also pics people have sent to me...

On my phone it shows it sending and then shows as sent but none of my contacts receive anything... Not even a notification...

6.2.0.56 is the blackberry messenger version that I currently have.

I clicked on the link u sent me from my phone it opened up the site and I chose to update via phone/smartphone however nothing happens...
