Hi!
I'm Dessy Cinthya. I live in Indonesia.
For all many respect, and sorry for bothering. I need your some time, there's a little thing i want to asked about.
Today, 3nd October, 2012, there's a trouble happened. Since 12 o'clock in this afternoon, I can't send Blackberry Messenger to anyone.
I've already called my simcard provider.
And really trouble happened.
Hmm... may be you can give me an explanation about this matter?
I'm so thankful if you explain to me about what's happening just now about connection related Blackberry Messenger.



And there's one more question about Blackberry Product:
Why OS Version for Blackberry Bold 9780 stop releasing New Version?
But others Blackberry still product New Version.

I understand how you feel as I am also from Asia Pacific. RIM is aware of the BBM issue that we are experiencing and is now working in it to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Dear Support Services,

As my BBM was not working i have upgraded my BBM to teh altest version. But now i cannot view the display pictures of any of my contactson my bbm list. They cant see my profile picture either.

Please let me know what to do.

Good news..

BBM for Asia-Pasific Region already fixed.

if still cant send blackberry messenger, may be you can call your provider customer service simcard.

Can't See Display pictures of my own dp picture and a few of my BBM Contacts. This has been happening since last week Wednesday or Thursday as I now feeling too bad about this. I need help pls on this matter. I have uninstall and re-install. register from options,device and stuff. still nothing is changing.

hello i have a terrible and big 2 problems!! i need help!! 

the first is that i cant see my pictures on my 9900, when i click on pictures i can see them normally but when i click on a specific one all i get is a black picture however i still can access the menu and everything works fine except i cant see the pictures. and also whenever i take a picture the phone freezes and then i have to remove the battery.

the second problem is that it says the media crd is not inserted while it clearly is. im going out of my mind, please answer me!
