Problem Torch 9860 ....restarting in roaming ..

Hello M8s

 

I have big issue hope somone is having solution to my problem ,in roaming my blackberry 9860 keeps restarting cause he cant connect to my main network i supose!.How can i resolve that or what should i do....the problem is anoying and my phone is un useble ...in other country or another network

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:

  • KB17877 How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode

It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.

 

Hopefully it is something you can deal with...most all other remedies require that your BB not be roaming, but rather be "on" it's home network.
