I've got a blackberry torch 9800 which I bought from 3 UK on contract, and 2 days ago my battery died so I put it on charge and when I came back to my phone a couple of hours later it wouldn't boot up, the led flashes for a while and the screen does nothing, would my 1 year warranty from rim cover this?

Take it back to the 3 store where you purchased it from, they have an obligation to replace the handset
