hi! i accidentally upgraded my bbm into the new version (BBM7) and after being installed and rebooting my phone, i tried to access my bbm. first, i needed to enter my BB Identity. after which, the only thing on my screen was "Asoociating BBM with your BlackBerry ID" for hours now (coz I uninstalled and reinstalled BBM earlier). It's been like this since I accidentally updated BBM a few days ago. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall it, hoping that it would work again.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.
Signing in to your BlackBerry ID in BBM requires a data plan that includes internet browsing. I'd recommend contacting your network provider to verify that you have the correct data plan.
