Hi.I also have problem with bb app word:...when I try to use BBappword or download some files I read a message like the phone has problem to connet to bbserver and that I should control my connectivity...which one?why this message?connectivity works:I'm writing here,I'm using whats app,I search on google...somebody can help me,please?os is updated with last version.thankyou very much.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community. Are you still having an issue with BlackBerry App World and BBM? If so, are you using the mobile network or a Wi-Fi connection? Could you private message me your PIN please so I can look into this for you?

hi! i accidentally upgraded my bbm into the new version (BBM7) and after being installed and rebooting my phone, i tried to access my bbm. first, i needed to enter my BB Identity. after which, the only thing on my screen was "Asoociating BBM with your BlackBerry ID" for hours now (coz I uninstalled and reinstalled BBM earlier). It's been like this since I accidentally updated BBM a few days ago. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall it, hoping that it would work again.

Hi mark_sing,

 

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Signing in to your BlackBerry ID in BBM requires a data plan that includes internet browsing. I'd recommend contacting your network provider to verify that you have the correct data plan.
