Re: Regarding Screen Rotate

Hello speedy45

There is no supported way to lock the screen rotation on the BlackBerry® Torch™ 9860 smartphone. You may want to check the BlackBerry App World™ storefront to see if there is an application that will allow you to do this.

Hope this helps.

Re: Regarding Screen Rotate

What a pitty. I've been looking this feature too. It should be a simple thing (look and learn from Android) that must be included in OS. Why company as big as RIM didn't think it? Expensive gadget with less feature.... :smileysad: :smileysad: :smileysad:

Hopefully there will be an update for 9860 (and another devices with accelerometer capable) soon to fix it.

Re: Regarding Screen Rotate

well guys I did the app on App World called Six Tools , so thanks for your help. Just buy this app & will allow to lock the phone on how you like it like "Portrait" or "Landscape" by pressing menu, & going to Orientation Lock you will get two options: Portrait Langscape
