Hey There,
I have a BB Torch 9860. Fiddling with my phone (actually trying to make Google Maps my default Maps client), I deleted the BB Maps.
Now I am unable to reinstall it. I went to the BB website to get a download link for the Maps but that accessing that link on my phone, the website says that my phone doesn't support Maps.
Please tell me how to restore the lost Maps that came with the phone.
Regards,
Vanshaj A

Quickest way would be to go through the Desktop Manager software.
Download and install your current OS onto your PC (if you haven't already), then use the following document to guide you on reinstalling Maps. ![]()

Do you have your current device OS installed on your PC?

Yeah, go ahead and delete that software for the 8520.
Then on your device, go to your Options icon, then Device>About Device Versions. Your current OS will be on the third line down and will look something like this: v7.0.0.xxx. You can probably then download that from your carrier's website or on our forums here:

If you can't find the download from your carrier, it won't matter from where you get it, as long as it's the same or an upgrade to what you currently have.

For BlackBerry Desktop Software 6.0 to 6.1:
Note: It can take several minutes for the applications to be displayed.
