Re: Reloading BlackBerry Email Setup Application

If your account has been suspended or deactivated you can only fix that by contacting the mobile provider who placed the suspension on the account.

Re: Reloading BlackBerry Email Setup Application

Just to update. My problem got solved only after i went to my carrier operator center. They flushed out my BES info. But that Still didn't work - they then reinstalled the OS 7. Not sure what the details are but currently i can add new BIS email. Now my problem is just getting error id 9300. Anybody have an idea why? i'm using paypal for purchasing, it was successful on my 9700 & 9780 (before i gor the white screen of death). But after the crash, i seem can't buy new apps - i only can download free & trial apps. Including with my current 9900. :smileysad: cheers karin

Re: Reloading BlackBerry Email Setup Application

hello, i have serious problem with my 9780, i bought it as a phone not attached to any network, and now my personal email isnt working...i saw ur posts but when i tried downloading it i saw that the os are dedicated to networks, does it mean that when i update my phone with this dedicated os, my phone becomes locked to the network?

No, if the device is already unlocked to work on any network, it cannot be re-locked. Period.

You can load any carrier's OS to the BlackBerry without any fear of that.
