I have restored all my back from my computer and none have my calander events (important work) have not been restored. I can restore the backups i backuped while plugged into the computer but i cannot back up the ones i backed up over black berry protect through wi-fi. It says cannot backup cause already synced to a wireless device, think this is my lap top. How can i unsync it so that i can back up through blackberry protect online...nightmare ![]()

That's somewhat confusing and difficult to follow what's happened, but I found your other thread located here:

So, you did a backup of your device to your PC? That works.
Now, you are trying to restore a backup from BlackBerry Protect? This does not work, and you see a message that you can't because it's being synced to a wireless device?

Open your calendar > options and turn off the wireless sync if it is enabled.
