When i first got my contract i got it with the torch 9800 however after 6 months the screen bracket came off on the right hand side, i took it to an O" sop and they said it off to be repaied, i then received a new phone a few days later as they said that it could not be repaired, they replaced it with the 9810 and i had this for a few months before the same thing happened again, the screen came off, it got replaced (with a 9810) and now 3 months after, its happened again, is this a generic problem with these phones? because it has got to the poit that i am telling my friends to steer away from blackberrys because of how badly made they seem to be
