Software update

Every since I downloaded the software update 7.1 when I go to the internet my phone is running terrible. Verizon hasn't been much help with this problem

I'm not sure what you mean by "running terrible" but keep in mind that you just put a new brain in your phone and it will take a day or two for your phone to adjust.

I would suggest letting it ride for a couple of days.  If you're still experiencing issues after that, post back and we'll take a closer look at your situation.
