Re: Some apps won't work on my Blackberry and my Camera is not working either

Hey SHAWN101,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

I suggest creating a backup of your data through BlackBerry Desktop Software (Device>Backup) and then follow the steps in this KB article: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320

Then test the camera and some applications prior to restoring any data.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Cheers.

Hey SHAWN101

Sorry for the delay in replying.

If you didn't get an option to downgrade or update the software, then you will need to download the device software from your network service provider and then you can proceed with the steps in that KB article.

Were you able to create a backup successfully?

Here is the site to download the device software: http://ca.blackberry.com/support/apps-and-software/desktop-and-device-download-sites.html

Choose your network service provider and the model version.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Cheers.
