Sound Problem

Dear Friends

 

Im using Torch 9810 sometimes my sound suddenly working off 

please help me how can i fix this problem without removing battery 

if i remove and restart th ephone its working as it is  but it will takes 

to time because of reboot

Welcome to the forums. 

 

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.

i have already format my blackberry torch 9810 ( Securitu wipe)

but still i can talk other people only on speaker phone not on hand set

someone tell me that there is chance of  internal belt because of slider 

and but i purchased just before 6 month ago

and my pcs is at & t  so what can i do 

pls pls pls suggest

If you have completed a clean reload of the device software and you are still having issues then you will want to contact your point of sale for option as you state the device is only 6 months old so it is still within the warranty period.
