I recently received the Blackberry 9860 but when all applications were loaded the stereo function on headset stopped working. And yes several different headsets were used.
My service provider replaced the phone and stereo was fine, but immediately the same thing happened again once the applications were loaded??
I then reset the phone to factory settings and checked stereo function at each stage and as soon as the “Blackberry Messenger” was updated as prompted the stereo function stopped again. Looks like there is a bug in the software
