Stolen phone

hello, my bag with my phone in it was stolen so I blocked the SIM card and also barred the phone. The phone was found together with the bag. So now I have a new SIM card but a barred phone I cannot use. Is there any way to unbar my torch so I can use it again? Thanks a lot. Maria-Jose

Re: Stolen phone

Talk to your service provider give them information that links you to that phone i.e. name number, pin and security details like credit ect...

Re: Stolen phone

Agreed... your mobile provider is the ONLY one who can remove it from the suspended list.
