My BB 9800 has stopped it started loading but hangs and freezes...please let me know what i should do.?

Is the loading bar stuck under letter "e" of blackb"e"rry?

• If so, its known to boot up if left for atleast 15min.

no its stuck at the end i.e. after ' y ' of blackberry and for hours i have tried but no luck ..its not starting

Do a safe boot, to stop 3rd party apps from loading.

•Remove battery.
• Press and hold down back "key" (arrow)
• Now reinsert battery.
• When loading bar reache about quarter way then its ok to release arrow key.

If it boots up now then its safe to assume one of apps you installed is causing issues.

Yes what f0xx386 suggested is correct Start your device on Safe Mode,and then try to remember if you had recently made any changes within your device like downloading any application ,theme or any wallpaper.If you have then Uninstall that application you think is responsible .

If the smartphone is using BlackBerry® 6 to 7.1, go to Options > Device >Application Management, or using Universial Search type Application Management select Options > Application Management and highlight the application, press the Menu key and select delete. When prompted to restart the smartphone, select Yes.

Thanx everybody , but before seeing ur replies unfortunately I wiped the BB using BBSAK... but anyways thank you very much foxx386.

Can I recover my memopad notes (i knw it's not possble though) but still as I have installed the new od6...will I be able to get it...thanx again

                           As you had already wiped your device so if you had any previous Backup either BlackBerry desktop Software or BlackBerry Protect then you can restore it from there.

Hello

Prince2012, is correct as to recovery of memopad entries. If you never backed your phone before you can take he tips using desktop manager and BB protect.

BB protect is great when you're on the go and not near your pc.
