Stopped receiving e-mail, facebook

Stopped receiving e-mail, facebook, and texting-device will not recognize my e-mail or password when I attempt to re-set extremely frustrated-spoke to India- they could not help-ATT has only one who knows "Blackberry" and they are away-HELP and  YUK

To clarify, you are using AT&T as your mobile network provider but are roaming in India? 

 

Can you specific where you are being asked for your email and password? 

 

The more details you can provide into the issue will help to better resolve it.
