Purchased this unit in Jan '13 & have been able to connect successfully to a Honeywell secure site to adjust temp, schedule from a Torch 9810.
End of Feb, some changes were made by Honeywell & I can no longer make changes on the site. I have access, but changing tempurature, adjusting schdedule is not possible. The radio buttons do not respond by touchscreen or centre button.
Strange thing is my wife has a Torch 9800 & it works fine. No impaired functionality.

Replying to my own question.
Buddy has a new B'berry Z10, webpage has full functionality with his unit. Will wipe my Berry, re-install sfw & see what happens.
