Hi,

 

I gave my Torch 9860 to cousin, she tried to register the phone with her new protect ID but cant because the device is still registered to me. I have been trying to remove the device from my blackberry protect ID and still will not budge. Is there any way I can make her the new user of the phone and remove my account from the device. Please help
