everytime i try to download an app or game via BB World using my PC it says Sync Issue and doesnt download the game/app what can i do?

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with installing apps.

If you were to search for these apps in BlackBerry World on your device, do you get any error when you go to install them? 

What web browser are you using - Internet Explorer? Chrome? Firefox? 

Is your device connected to a Wi-Fi network? Or do you have a data plan on your device?

Since the app is too large to download thru the phone over wifi (says "There was a problem installing Tomb Escape. Please tty again") and i try again but same message.
i tried downloading the app thru a PC using Chrome and Firefox but they both said Sync Issue. When trying to download thru my phone i use wifi cuz i dont have a data plan

The usage of WiFi without a data plan is a carrier controlled feature.

You will want to contact your mobile network carrier to ensure your device has the correct requirements to use WiFi without data services.

The error you are receiving would indicate BlackBerry World cannot make a connection to the server to complete the download.
