I am able to sync using a product called Companionlink.
The problem is the following:
Blackberry Fields:
First Name
Last Name
Act 13 fields:
Contact
Salutation
The sync works poorly if there is 2 first names in a contact and one last name and doesn't give the BB a complete name such as John and Shelley Smith becomes John Smith and on the BB.
Can we change the fields in the Blackberry and Map the same fields to the same fields?
