Synchronization error

Hi, I´m having a problem with my Torch.

During Synch, appears this message:

CRTranDB:: AddNew: Duplicate record Id-E39B7DEB

 

What should I do?

My calendar data is not being transfer from my computer to the BB.

Hi, long time not hearing from support... Im still having the same problem with "no-sync" with my torch, recieving  the same error message.

 

Is there anything I can do?  Or I have to reset/erase and start from scratch?
