Re: Synchronization error

Hi again!

Thanks for the instructions.  I´ve already took out the battery while the BB on and reinserted it again and this is the message I´m recieving while sync:

CRTranDB::AddNew: Duplicate record Id - E39B7DEB

What should I do?

Thanks tons again...

By the way... when I use the camara the "finger zoom" stoped working... (use to work perfectly).  Just a comment to see if you notice something that could be connected... =?

Take care,
Celina.

Re: Synchronization error

For the sync error, let me advise to follow the instructions cited in the initial post in this link:

Re: Synchronization error

Hi J!

The problem with that solution is that the copy of "desktop" I have more updated is the one in my computer.... so I need to back up all my data before uninstall anything... but how can I do that?

I nothing i can do, erasing something in my BB and then re-syncronizing all the data I have in my computer?

Sorry, I dont know what to do...

Thanks a lot!

Celina.

Re: Synchronization error

Sorry!  Here I´m again.

THe data I´m trying to protect is the one in my Outlook (Calendar, Contacts, Notes, etc) so... If I erase the BB programs... do I lose anything?  Should I save any other thing as photos...?

Looking forward your advice,

CElina.

Re: Synchronization error

Hmm... you can reload the OS! That would be a drastic measure to take after all else has failed (rebooting).
